A NEWCASTLE Emlyn man has been remanded on conditional bail for breaching the terms of a restraining order.
Isaac Daniel Prevost, of Penlan Terrace, Newcastle Emlyn, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaking the order in the town on July 3. The original restraining order was imposed by Llanelli Magistrates in May 2018.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre remanded the 50-year-old on conditional bail until July 25 for pre-sentence reports to be prepared. Prevost will be electronically tagged and must observe a curfew at his home address between 7pm-7am.
