AN arrest warrant has been issued for a St Dogmaels woman who failed to appear in court.
Rachel Louise Moroney, of Parcnoi, St Dogmaels, was due to appear at Aberystwyth Justice for breaching the terms of a community order, having failed to attend two appointments with reasonable excuse.
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail for the arrest of the 31-year-old.
