A Cardigan driver has been fined for speeding on the M4 at Port Talbot
A CARDIGAN driver has been fined and driving licence endorsed after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 at Port Talbot.
Steven Paul Rochford, of Feidfair, Cardigan, admitted driving a Citroen Berlingo at 61mph in a 50mph zone on May 17, 2018.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre fined the 49-year-old £40, with costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. Rochford’s driving record was endorsed with three penalty points.
