ABERPORTH Community Council and Aberporth Village Hall Charity have joined forces to provide a free water fountain in the village.
The fountain – funded by a Year of the Sea grant – has been installed at the village recreation ground and, in view of Aberporth’s plastic free status, aims to tackle single use plastic by enabling people to refill their water bottles.
“This is a great example of the two village organisations working together,” said council chairman Cllr Anne McCreary.
