A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a St Dogmaels woman who failed to appear in court.
Rachel Louise Moroney, of Parc Noi, St Dogmaels, failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre to answer a charge of possessing cannabis in Cardigan on May 15. Magistrates issued a warrant for arrest without bail.
