A NEW Quay man who assaulted two women has been fined and issued with a restraining order.
Perry Enright, of Llys y Dderwen, New Quay, who had previously denied the two charges, changed his plea to guilty when he appeared before magistrates at SAberystwyth Justice centre.
The 39-year-old admitted two separate counts of assault on the women at Ciliau Aeron, Aberaeron, on March 26.
Enright was fined £270 and ordered to pay £100 compensation for one of the assaults and fined £135 for the second assault. He also had to pay £200 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
The court also imposed a restraining order on Enright, preventing him from approaching or contacting either of the women for two years.
