A CARDIGAN driver has been fined for having no test certificate for her car.
Nadia Nazneen Mosabbir, of Heol Helyg, Cardigan, admitted driving a BMW on Aberystwyth Road on November 18 without an MOT certificate. A further charge of having no insurance was dismissed.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre fined the 23-year-old £40 and ordered her to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
