A man has admitted damaging a wheel clamp
A LLANDYSUL man who damaged a wheel clamp has been given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Stephen James, of Gilwen Terrace, Velindre, Llandysul, pleaded guilty to criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 61-year-old admitted damaging the vehicle clamp worth £130 belonging to Excel Enforcement at Drefach Felindre on November 12 last year.
As well as the conditional discharge, James was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
