A DRIVER who had a dog sat on their lap was stopped by police in Cardigan yesterday (May 13) and now faces an anxious wait after failing a roadside drugs test.
Officers from Ceredigion Roads Policing Unit pulled the driver over, who then subsequently tested positive for cannabis and was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving. Blood samples have now been sent for analysis.
