THERE are plans to erect a bollard to stop motorists parking on Prince Charles Quay in Cardigan and damaging the paving.
Cllr Catrin Miles told a meeting of the town council that the bollard would be put in but that there would still be access for Teifi Fairways.
“The parking there is destroying the quay and the area is for pedestrians, not motorists,” she said.
“Also, with the summer months approaching we will have to look at the alcohol free zone to make sure that does not become a problem.”
