AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Rhydlewis man who failed to appear in court to answer a drink-drive charge.
Simon Arthur Phillips, of Rhydlewis, Llandysul, is alleged to have driven a Vauxhall Corsa on the B4334 at Rhydlewis on February 17 with 135 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
Phillips is also accused of driving without insurance.
The 30-year-old failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and magistrates issued an arrest warrant.
