SPEED checks were carried out this week outside schools in the Cardigan area after concerns were raised by local communities.
Ceredigion roads policing officers clocked drivers travelling along Cilgerran High Street and past Ysgol Cilgerran School in the morning,
Further speed checks were conducted outside Ysgol Gynradd Aberporth in the afternoon.
One driver was pulled over and dealt with for travelling at 38mph in a 30mph zone.
