Aberystwyth Justice Centre
A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a man charged with possessing drugs in Cardigan.
Shane Thomas Churchill, of Brierlel Hill, Dudley, West Midlands failed to appear before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
He is alleged to have been in possession of a joint of cannabis in Cardigan on March 14.
Churchill, aged 29, also faces a separate charge of being drunk and disorderly at Finch Square, in Cardigan, on March 17.
