A MOTORIST has been banned for 12 months after pleading guilty to drink-driving at LLanybydder.
Roy Morgan, aged 67, of Banc Treglog, Llansawel, Llandeilo, was stopped by police on March 13 on the B4337 at Llanybydder. He had 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
As well as a 12-month ban, magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre fined Morgan £145 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
