A NEWCASTLE Emlyn woman has been banned from the roads for 14 months after admitting drink-driving.
Amy Savinelli, of Lloyd Terrace, Adpar, Newcastle Emlyn, was stopped by police while driving a Ford Focus on the B4335 between Pentrecwrt and Henllan on October 28 last year.
She had 110 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes.
The 26-year-old pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol when she appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
As well as the 14-month ban, Savinelli was fined £83 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
