A MAN who admitted stealing a bottle of gin from a Cardigan supermarket has been handed a 12-month conditional discharge.
Paul Deary, of Market Street, Narberth pleaded guilty to the theft of the gin worth £24.99 from Aldi on October 12 last year when he appeared at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
As well as the conditional discharge, magistrates ordered the 39-year-old to pay £12.50 compensation, £85 in costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
