A CARDIGAN man has been remanded on unconditional bail on charges of theft and criminal damage.
Alex Smith, of Castle Street, Cardigan, is accused of stealing a small quantity of cash, a dash cam, deodorant and perfume on January 11 from a woman in the town. He also faces a separate charge of stealing a man’s jacket.
The 22-year-old is also accused of damaging solar panel lights and solar panels on the same date.
Smith was granted unconditional bail by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and will reappear before the court on February 13. No plea has yet been entered.
