AN arrest warrant has been issued for a Cardigan man who failed to appear at court.
Ashley David Williams, of Rhos y Dre, Cardigan, did not show up at Aberystwyth Justice Centre after being remanded on bail by magistrates.
The 36-year had previously pleaded guilty to possession of 23.7 grams of cannabis in the town on August 26, damaging a police vehicle and assaulting a police officer. A further charge of assaulting a police officer, which Williams had denied, was proved in his absence.
