AN Aberporth man who admitted being nearly four times over the drink-drive limit has been banned from driving for 32 months.
David Mark Griffiths, of Anwylfan, Aberporth, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Passat at Mill Hill, Aberporth, on December 17 while above the legal drink-drive limit.
Griffiths had 134 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
As well as the 32-month driving ban, magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre imposed a community rehabilitation order on the 37-year-old, along with £85 in costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
An arrest warrant for failing to attend an earlier court hearing was withdrawn.
