A DRIVER who is alleged to have been more than four times over the legal limit is set to appear in court charged with drink-driving.
The driver was arrested at Newcastle Emlyn on Wednesday afternoon (January 9) by officers from Ceredigion Roads Policing Unit following a collision.
The motorist is alleged to have given a breathalyser sample containing 143 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
