AN arrest warrant has been issued for an Aberporth man who failed to attend court to answer a drink-drive charge.
David Griffiths, of Anwylfan, Aberporth, is accused of driving a VW Passat at Mill Hill, Aberporth on December 17 while over the drink-drive limit. He allegedly recorded a reading of 134 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
The 37-year old failed to appear at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
