A CARDIGAN man was caught in possession of a cannabis joint and two cannabis grinders containing traces of the drug.
Tom Morris, of Priory Street, Cardigan, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 42-year-old was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
