THE family of a 90-year-old-man who died after being hit by a car in Blaenporth have paid tribute to him.
Barrie John Taylor died after being hit by a car on the A487 at Blaenporth, Cardigan on Saturday, November 24.
In a statement, the family said: “We would like to thank everyone, especially the local community and neighbours for their help and support during this very difficult time.
“Barrie was well known and well thought of in the community and will be missed by all.”
Yesterday police issued an appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
The incident occurred at around 2.45pm and the car, a black Honda CRV, was travelling towards Tan y Groes before the collision.
