A DRINK-driver stopped in Llanybydder has been banned from the roads for 20 months.
Martin Alexander Harvey, of Llanfair Clyddgai, was at the wheel of a Volvo S60 when he was stopped at Highmead Terrace, Llanybydder on October 19. The 29-year-old had 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Harvey pleaded guilty when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and as well as a 20-month driving ban, he was fined £260 with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
