A 24-YEAR-OLD Pencader man has been made the subject of a seven-week curfew after he admitted cannabis possession.

Matthew John Pritchard, of Bro Castell, was caught by police with 2.2 grammes of the Class B drug at Llandysul on May 18.

Aberystwyth magistrates ordered that he remain at his home address between the hours of 7pm and 5am every day until November 21.

The drugs, a set of scales and snap-seal bags were all confiscated by police.

Pritchard was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a further £30 victim surcharge.
