The Cardigan Charity Fundraising Appeal hosted a "gig" night at the Pizzatipi in Cardigan recently to raise money for the "Riley's Wish To Walk" campaign.
Five-year-old Riley, from Cardigan, suffers from spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy.
To walk again, Riley needed a selective dorsal rhizotomy (SDR) operation, which is not available on the NHS.
The appeal committee presented Riley's mum and dad Jenny and Alistair with a cheque for £3,500.
The committee would like to take thank the Pizzatipi for the use of the venue and everyone who contributed towards making the evening such a success.
Riley has now had this operation and has managed to walk 17 steps on his own.
