The case against a 25-year-old Cardigan man accused of growing cannabis has been adjourned for the prosecution to consider whether it is in the public interest to pursue the case.
Nathan James Bowen, of Finch Square, has been accused of growing 16 cannabis plants in an outbuilding at Cefn Farm, Longdown Banc, St Dogmaels.
Magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre were told last week that Bowen was currently serving a four-year prison sentence.
The case was adjourned until tomorrow (Wednesday, October 3).
