A WOMAN convicted of a string of animal cruelty charges has been back before the courts to have her community order revoked on medical grounds.
Victoria Louisa Kyle Grice, of Llwyncelyn, Glynarthen, Llandysul, was handed the community order by magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre in November last year, along with a three-year ban from keeping animals, following a prosecution brought by the RSPCA.
Grice, aged 50, successfully applied to have to the community order revoked on the grounds that is unworkable on medical grounds. She has now been given an absolute discharge on all counts.
A charge of failing to comply with a community order was withdrawn.
