A 23-YEAR-OLD Cardigan man is to stand trial on charges of assaulting a woman and criminal damage.
Luke Tristan Daniel Griffiths, of Pendre, Cardigan, appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre where he pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman in town on July 15 and also denied damaging a door belonging to Wales and West Housing.
Griffiths was remanded on conditional bail and will appear again before the court on September 17 for trial.
