A MAN who smashed two windows at a Newcastle Emlyn pub has been ordered to pay compensation.
Tony Gemmer, of New Road, Newcastle Emlyn, broke the windows at the Bunch of Grapes on Christmas Eve last year.
The 31-year-old admitted a charge of criminal damage when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The bench ordered him to pay £100 compensation as well as imposing a 12-month conditional discharge. He also has to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
