A man has been given a restraining order
A MAN who damaged a van in Cardigan has been served with both a restraining order and a community order.
Daniel Phillip Evans, of The Strand, Cardigan, admitted criminal damage to the vehicle in the town on June 14 when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 44-year-old was served with the restraining order and also a community rehabilitation order which included a £60 punitive element fine. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
