A CARDIGAN man will have to pay more than £500 in fines and costs for drug offences.
Luke Jonathan Keen Holmes, of Trenchard Estate, Parcllyn, Cardigan, pleaded guilty to two offences when he appeared before magistrates at Aberystwyth Justice Centre.
The 21-year-old admitted possessing four amphetamine tablets, a Class A drug, at Parcllyn on September 21 last year, for which he was fined £240.
Holmes also admitted being in possession of 19.817 grammes of cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same day, and was fined a further £160.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. The drugs were ordered to be destroyed.
