MAGISTRATES have issued an arrest warrant for a Cardigan driver who failed to show up in court.
Luke Teifi Griffiths, of Queen’s Terrace, faces charges of driving without an appropriate licence and driving without insurance on the A487 at Cardigan on April 18. No pleas have yet been entered by the 23-year-old.
Griffiths failed to appear before the bench at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and an arrest warrant without bail was issued.
