A DRIVER failed to reappear in court and has now been made the subject of an arrest warrant.
Marco Rustic, of Coopers Road, Birmingham, had previously entered guilty pleas to driving a car while disqualified on Gwbert Road, Cardigan on October 30 last year and to driving without insurance.
Charges of causing criminal damage to a car window and using threatening words and behaviour were dropped.
The 21-year-old was granted bail but failed to attend Aberystwyth Justice Centre when his case came back before magistrates and the bench issued an arrest warrant.
