AN arrest warrant has been issued for a man who has been charged with sending an offensive message on social media.
Shaun William Drake, of Danygriag, Cenarth, is accused of sending an indecent or grossly offensive message to a female with intent to cause distress on December 28 last year. No plea has yet been entered.
The 48-year-old failed to attend a hearing at Aberystwyth Justice Centre and magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
