CARDIGAN is following Aberporth and Newcastle Emlyn and is working towards becoming a plastic-free community.
Meetings are being held fortnightly at Small World Theatre at the moment. The third meeting organised by Teifiside Plastic Free Community is on Thursday, February 15 at 7pm.
The previous meetings have been incredibly well attended so pop along if you're interested in Cardigan becoming a plastic-free town. Find ways to reduce your plastic waste, think global and act local. The meeting is for anyone interested in becoming part of a steering group to help implement change.
A Facebook group called Plastic Free Cardigan Town has been set up and in the first month has already attracted more than 260 members.
