A fisherman is due to appear in court later this month
A NEWPORT man is facing three allegations relating to lobster fishing,
Mathew Lewis of Long Street is accused of fishing for prohibited lobster while master of fishing boat Brian Arthur on June 2.
It is alleged that he took lobsters on board which should have been returned to the sea and carried crustaceans which did not meet size requirements.
He is due to appear at Haverfordwest magistrates court on January 29.
