ABERCYCH’S Summer Festival attracted a good crowd to Emrys’ Field as the warm sunshine pulled in plenty of visitors.
The highlight of the afternoon’s entertainment were the sponsored sheep races, along with a barbecue and bar, stalls selling food and produce and then live music in the evening at the Nag’s Head featuring a couple of bands.
The only disappointment on the day was that the annual duck race had to be postponed because the river was too high.
It is hoped to have raised around £650 on the day, with all the money going towards Abercych Village Hall.
