Residents in Fishguard are in a state of shock after a double stabbing incident in the town last night.
A local man has been arrested following the incident which happened after a "disturbance" in the Ship and Anchor pub.
The pub landlady and the manager of the nearby Old Coach House pub are now recovering in hospital.
It is thought the Old Coach House manager had gone to the aid of the landlady.
Police now want to trace two holidaymakers who were in the pub playing pool and witnessed the inicident.
