PHILLIPS David Emrys (Dai Tanybryn) Dymuna Winnie, Janet, Keith, Wyn a theulu'r diweddar Dai Tanybryn, ddatgan eu diolchgarwch diffuant i bawb am bob arwydd o gydymdeimlad, caredigrwydd a chymorth ynghyd a'r cardiau, blodau, ymweliadau a galwadau ffôn a dderbyniwyd. Diolch i Paul Sartori, Meddygfa Taf, Nyrsys Cymunedol Arberth a chymorth Gofalus. Diolch i Mr Ceirwyn John am weinyddu'r gwasanaeth angladdol ac am ei drefnu'n barchus. Phillips David (Dai Tanybryn) Winnie, Janet, Keith, Wyn and family wish to express their deepest gratitude for all the kindness and sympathy shown following the loss of a dear husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather.
