HERE be dragons! And they're heading our way.
After their 2018 sell-out success with the charming 'A Dragon's Tale', family theatre company Theatrix Arts return to the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, on Saturday, August 3, with 'The Sand Dragon', a new magical puppet storytelling show suitable for those aged 4 and above.
The story follows Edie and her Daddy, who are incredibly excited as they set off on their summer holidays to the beach.
When they arrive at the beach, they build a magnificent dragon statue out of sand. Later, while exploring Edie and her Daddy find a magical pebble that can grant you one wish. Can you guess what Edie wished for?
Join Edie and her daddy in this enchanting tale capturing the magic of dreams and imagination, as Theatrix Arts perform this magical story through puppets, changing scenery, song, music, sound effects – and a magic trick or two.
After the performance you can have the opportunity to meet the puppets and you can create your own Sand Dragon in a very special post-show workshop.
The Sand Dragon performs at the Torch Theatre on Saturday, August 3, at 1.30pm. Tickets cost £7 adults, £6 child and the Sand Dragon workshop is an additional £1 per child.
The performance is suitable for everyone aged four and above.
The workshop is suitable for family groups and children aged seven upwards (those younger can attend if accompanied by parent or guardian).
