Location

Situated in a rural secluded but convenient location being just a mile from the National Botanic Gardens Of Wales and slightly more than a mile from the village of Porthyrhyd which has M4 dual carriageway connection connecting up to the A48 in Porthyrhyd. The village itself has public houses, a further mile away is Llanddarog and conveniently situated for the main towns of Carmarthen, Llanelli and Swansea and the ever growing village/town of Cross Hands being approximately 3 miles away.

Additional Information

The planning permission for the accommodation units makes this an ideal location for those wanting to run a residential centre or perhaps a centre for retreats as the planning also includes the provision of a substantial communal or classroom / activity space. Externally, there is also a variety of landscape type with pasture, woodland and a number of ponds.

The current owner has invested heavily in terms of greener energy, the property having a 14kW array of solar panels plus a biomass heating system, designed to have the capacity to heat the house and holiday units. These two systems do provide an income for the property.

Access to the property is easy, it sits just a couple of miles off the A48 trunk road with easy access to the M4.
