Externally

The property is approached from a side road via a long driveway, the first part being shared with a farm. From the driveway, there is gated access to the property which leads into a large concreted yard to the front of the house. The yard offers loads of parking and turning space.

Gardens

To the side of the sun room there is a sheltered patio area. Beyond this lies the formal garden. This is a long sheltered garden, laid to lawn with a wide variety of shrubs and specimen trees to the borders.

On the other side of the driveway from the formal garden is the vegetable garden with several beds, a large fruit cage and a good sized greenhouse.

The Outbuildings

To the front of the house there is a large courtyard. To each side of the courtyard is a stone barn. One of these barns has planning permission to convert it into three holiday units.

Behind this barn is a large hay barn / livestock barn.

The Land

The land lies to the front of the house. It is gently sloping pasture set out in two large enclosures plus a small turn out paddock.

In all the land, which is certified organic, extends to approx. 14 acres.

Directions

From Carmarthen, take the A40 towards Haverfordwest. After approx. 7 miles, just before reaching St. Clears, turn left

onto a side road. This road is immediately before a large road sign for St Clears and is recognisable as a company called

All Pump Services is located on the corner. Turn into this road and after 50 yards or so at the T junction, turn left. After

about 200yards, on the right hand side, you will see A& M Engineering. Turn right onto a farm road immediately after

A&M Engineering. The majority of the road has been concreted. Follow the road for about 800 yards and then it splits.

Fork off to the left and follow the hard core track across 2 fields (about 500 yards) and the entrance to Bryn Heulog will

be on the right.
