At the end of august 60 people including young people and children , visited Plogoneg Llandysul’s twin village in Brittany.
They stayed with families in the village for three days. So many have become great friends as a result, in the past twenty years.
A full and interesting programme was organised including a visit to a Manoir where there was an exhibition about a young Breton’s visit to Wales in 1838.
The celebration of twenty years of the Twinning took place in Llandysul last year as the exchange between Llandysul and Ploganeg takes place every other year.
The A.G.M will be at the Porth Hotel on Tuesday 10th November at 7.30pm Please contact Nest James, secretary for more information about the Twinning.
