The meeting opened with the President in the chair. Arrangements were made for the coffee Evening & Mrs Dorothy Cop introduced our Speaker for the Evening Mrs Ann Jones who is a W.I. Adviser introduced her subject, S.O.S for Honey Bees. This is our Resolution for this year.
We are requesting money for the Research into the Health of Honey-Bees. This was passed unanimously.
Mrs Dorothy Cop gave the vote of thanks to Ann Jones and Marian won the raffle.
The next meeting will be held on 11.06.09. The Speaker. Larae Wilkins, her subject, Colour Me Beautiful.
Please Note. The Coffee Evening will be held on Friday the 19th of June at 7pm and not as previously reported on the17th .
