SPRAGGS Colin Peacefully at his home, with his family at his side, on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, Colin John Havard Spraggs of Carregwen, Llechryd aged 91 years. Beloved husband of Jane, much loved father of Carol, Diana and Tony, a dear father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather. Private funeral service.
