WILLIAMS Frances Rosemary Passed away on 4th December 2019 with her partner Liz, daughter Katryn and brother Robert at her side. A celebration of her life will be held at 3pm on Friday 20th December at Barry Crematorium, Vale of Glamorgan. Family flowers only but donation in lieu to Pancreatic Cancer UK and Velindre Hospital. Please wear your brightest clothes
