BOWEN Margaret Ann "Peggy" Peacefully at her home, with her daughter's at her side, on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, Peggy Bowen, Green Acre, St. Dogmaels aged 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Clive, much loved mother of Nicola and Gail, respected mother-in-law of Simon and Dylan, proud 'Grandma' of Amy, Rhys, Lucy and Lisa, dear sister and sister-in-law of David and Lavinia.
