JUNIOR teams from Cardigan and Crymych were among the trophy winners at
the 18th annual Pembrokeshire and District Junior Rugby Association’s Finals Day at Crymych.
Match of the day for Cardigan supporters was the Under 15s final which Cardigan beat Tenby 43-0.
An inspired performance by full back Callum Williams earned him his team’s man of the match.
The under 16 players of Crymych rounded off a great day of rugby in some style as the young Preselimen, who had started as firm favourites, finally took the silverware by 34-3.
Crymych player of the match was Joey Mathias.
In the Under 13s final Cardigan lost to Pembroke by 12-38 and in the Under 14s final Crymych lost to Tenby 3-20.
