Town reserves fold
Costcutter League Division One champions for the past two seasons Cardigan Town have informed the league that they are withdrawing the
reserves from the Reserves Cup (Division Three).
The Magpies' seconds had won twice in six outings and were bottom but one having recently failed to fulfil fixtures twice in succession.
A club spokesperson said the decision to disband the reserves was not taken lightly but difficulty raising a team week after week left them with very little choice.
